You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. The Service

OneChainCrypto provides a non-custodial interface for exchanging supported cryptocurrencies. Orders are executed through third-party liquidity providers. Rates are indicative until a deposit transaction is confirmed on-chain.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate receiving wallet address that supports the chosen network.
• Send the exact quoted amount within the quoted time window.
• Ensure your use of the platform does not involve unlawful activity or sanctioned parties.

5. Irreversibility

Cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be reversed once broadcast. Verify every detail before confirming an order.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneChainCrypto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network failures, third-party provider outages, or user error.
