Most orders complete within five to twenty minutes after your payment confirms. Network congestion on the sending side can occasionally add delays.

Once your deposit transaction is broadcast on-chain, orders cannot be cancelled because blockchain transfers are irreversible. Contact support immediately if you sent a wrong amount and we will do our best.

Do not worry. If the amount is higher than quoted we deliver the extra value at current rates. If it is lower we deliver what arrived minus fees, or refund if below our minimum threshold.
